Blood Red

Seville is special, because it is known for its bullfights and flamenco. Here we are at the Seville bull-fighting ring, the largest in Andalucia. There is nothing going on around here at the moment because like football seasons, they take August off. Still, the ring looks impressive, with 3 strong colours: red, white and sand. One can almost imagine a matador waving his red flag, kicking up the sand in his embroidered garb and skillfully courting the bull in a game of life and death. It's the romance involving testetorone, danger, celebrity, gore and death. I don't like it, cos there's no happy ending, cos either the man dies or the bull dies. Either way, the bull dies. If it kills too many men, they kill the bull's entire family.
